How Many 10x10 Designs Fit on a DTF Gang Sheet? (22x24 vs 22x120 vs 22x240 + Cost Per Print)

If you are building gang sheets and wondering how many prints you can squeeze in, this quick guide makes it simple.

We will use a super common design size as the example: 10x10 inches (great for front chest graphics, youth fronts, and many adult fronts).

Below, you will see:

How many 10x10 designs fit on each sheet size
The cost per design on each sheet
Why 22x240 is usually the best value when you have multiple orders or want to stock up

The sheet sizes and prices (example)

These are the sheet sizes customers order most often:

Gang sheets are real-world production, so we have to account for spacing.

For this example, we assume:

Each design is 10x10 inches
You leave about 0.5 inch spacing between designs for easier cutting and handling
You can rotate designs if needed, but we are keeping this layout simple and repeatable

If you want, we can run the same math for left chest 3.5x3.5, sleeve 2.5x11, or full front 11x14 too.

Across the 22 inch width, you can fit 2 designs (2 x 10 = 20 inches) with a little room for spacing.
Down the length, you fit as many rows as the sheet allows.

So the formula is basically:
