What is a DTF Foil Fuse Film?
DTF Foil Fuse Film is designed to create brilliant foil effects on your DTF prints. This specialty film allows foil to bond perfectly to your design, producing a clean, vibrant metallic finish.
How to Press DTF Foil Fuse Film Transfers
Prepress garment to remove excess moisture
Be sure to place the transfer on shirt's vibrant side up, graphic facing you.
Pressing Temperature: 300°F-325°F
Pressing Time: 15-20 seconds
Pressure: HIGH 8-9 PSI
Peel: Peel the film
Apply the foild: Place the foil sheet (shiny side up) over the printed design. Press again with medium pressure for about 5–10 seconds.
Peel the foil: Let it cool slightly, then peel the foil to reveal the metallic finish.
How to care for your Transfer Graphic
DTF graphics are washed inside out on a cool cycle. You can hang dry for longevity or use a no/low heat tumble dry. The less heat used during the wash will reduce the amount of wear that any graphic will eventually have and keep your pictures vibrant!
We are not responsible for damaged transfers after you have pressed them. Please ensure you are knowledgable with your heat press, pressure, and peeling technique. This includes using non-commercial grade heat presses or irons to try and use our transfers.
