What is a Sample Sew Out? A Sample Sew Out is a physical test run of your digitized logo, stitched onto a piece of scrap fabric that closely matches the material of your final order. Unlike a digital PDF proof (which only shows a flat, computer-generated simulation), a sew out reveals exactly how the thread interacts with the fabric in the real world.
Why is this step critical? Embroidery is a physical, dimensional art form. Factors like fabric stretch, thread tension, and pile height (thickness) can change how a design looks once it leaves the computer screen.

Our Quality Control Process: At Primal Graphx, we do not believe in "guessing." Before we touch your expensive jackets, hats, or polos, we load your file onto our machines and run a complete sample. During this process, we inspect four key areas:

Legibility & Definition: We ensure small text is readable and that fine details do not get lost in the fabric weave.

Push & Pull Compensation: We verify that the design maintains its proper shape and that circular borders remain perfectly round without puckering the fabric.

Thread Coverage: We check that the stitch density is high enough so that no garment fabric shows through the stitching (especially important for white thread on black fabric).

Color Accuracy: We confirm that the selected thread colors have the right contrast and vibrancy under natural light.
What happens next? Once the sample is stitched, we will send you a high-resolution photo of the actual patch/embroidery for your review.
